Family farm can be registered in the Office of State Administration, Ivana Zakmardija Dijankovečkog 12, Križevci.
With the application for entry to the family farm Register, owner or holder needs to apply copy of identity card, the statement of members of the family farm abouth election of the holder, copies of IDs of all members , deed of cadastral plots, a copy of the contract lease or the owner statement abouth giving the land on use without compensation, and an excerpt from the cadastre of particles for all registered particles are not in deed holders and members of the family farm and copies of the entries in the registers and records.
With registration in the Register the family farm is assigned registration identification number of the farm, and card to holder of the family farm. Family farm is obliged to report any change within 30 days to the Office of the State Administration (Regulations on registration in the register of agricultural business - "Official Gazette'' 128/02, 122/03, and 189/03).
