Entrenpreneurial Center Križevci Ltd. is conducting public procurement under Article 3., paragraph 1., point 3. Public procurement Act (OG 110/07, 125/08). In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, which provides that the entity may not enter into public contracts to economic operators, if the ciefe executive or member of management or supervisory body of the client while performing managerial jobs in the economic operator of the owner business share, stocks or other rights on the basis of which participates in the management or capital of that economic operator with more than 20%. Enterpreneurial Center Križevci is is obligate to announce a list of business that under the above provisions shall not enter into public contracts.
